Odissea Conference in Barcelona (25th of April, 2009)

ODISSEA is a working group which contains teachers from pre-primary, primary, secondary, adult education and vocational training, which aims to achieve success at school for all children and adults.

One of the activities developed by ODISSEA was a conference called “Buscant respostes i solucions científiques als reptes educatius actuals” [Searching scientific solutions for the current educational challenges] in Barcelona on the 25th of April, 2009.

In this conference it was presented the results extracted by the Integrated Project Includ-ed. Marta Soler (director of CREA-UB and coordinator of the Knowledge Management Committee) expose the theoretical base, the structure and the development of Includ-ed Project. In second place, she presented the scholar successful practices identified in Europe as the results of Project 1 and Project 2. By the other hand Teresa Sordé (Integration Project Leader) focused on the types of community participation and fostering of the social cohesion that has been analyzed in the Project 6.

Around 60 people from the educational field participated in the meeting.
