3rd-4th of December, 2007. Budapest (Hungary). The Training Seminar in Hungary was carried out according to the indications of the Guide for the Training Seminar. The INCLUD-ED project was presented including the transformative and exclusionary educational strategies. During the debate special attention was paid to how these transformative and exclusionary strategies affect students with disabilities and those without disabilities. The research methodology of the INCLUD-ED project was also presented. There were about 180 people present, amongst whom were researchers from ELTE and from the National Institute for Educational Research, PhD students, school teachers from regular and special education institutions, and representatives of students with disabilities and special needs from the ELTE Faculties. Also representatives of the national board for people with disabilities, policy-makers from the Ministry of Education and Culture, and people involved in educational policies interested in the role of the administration faced with the new challenges of education also attended this seminar.
